As the owner of Renew Wellness, I’m excited to introduce Momentous Supplements as a new offering. This partnership reflects my personal standards for quality, safety, and evidence-based formulation.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to have hosted chiropractic care on-site at Renew Wellness. Moving forward, Optimal Wellness services with Dr. Steve are available at their Bad Axe office.

Current Classes

As Emily prepares for maternity leave this spring, we’re grateful to have JP stepping in to teach her classes during March, April, and May.

JP will lead strength circuit classes on Wednesdays at 5:30 PM and Fridays at 12 PM, starting the first week of March and running through the end of May, excluding holidays—click here for more details.

This class works your aerobic fitness and strength while burning calories. Class begins with a warm-up and then you proceed through timed stations throughout the wellness center with various workouts for legs, glutes, arms, and core using a variation of equipment, TRX Straps, and foundation exercises.

Looking to move better, feel stronger, and reduce discomfort? JP offers personal training and stretch therapy sessions focused on strength, mobility, and long-term wellness. Available Fridays at Renew Wellness Center—Click to learn more.

Personal Training with Stefeni

60 Minutes | $50

One-hour sessions are designed to fit each client’s individual needs based on personal strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Sessions may consist of cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training, along with warm-up and cool-down stretching. Exercises are functionally based, and chosen specifically to help the client maintain movement, stability, and strength and help meet their individual goals.

Nutrition Consultation with Stefeni

60 Minutes | $50

Receive guidance on calorie intake to help meet weight or wellness goals, macronutrient food tracking, how to read nutrition labels on food, as well as tips for healthy grocery shopping. One-hour nutrition consultations with Stefeni are available in the Wellness Center and on Zoom.
