Now Offering Group Fitness in Partnership with Scheurer Health. A full-body workout combining Barre, Yoga, and Pilates to build strength, flexibility, and control. Tuesdays at 5:30 PM beginning May 12.
Strength Circuit Training
This class works your aerobic fitness and strength while burning calories. Class begins with a warm-up and then you proceed through timed stations throughout the wellness center with various workouts for legs, glutes, arms, and core using a variation of equipment, TRX Straps, and foundation exercises.
