Utilizing the bike path in Harbor Beach, experience different exercises throughout the route. There will be a running and walking exercise that can be modified to each individual’s capability. Exercises include body weight resistance, inclines, bench, and band exercises.

This class is closely related to our circuit training courses. Exercises will mainly focus on bodyweight resistance; however, banded work, rope, hill, bench, and tire exercises are included too. All classes begin with a brief warm-up and end with a cool down/stretch.
