One-hour sessions are designed to fit each client’s individual needs based on personal strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Sessions may consist of cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training, along with warm-up and cool-down stretching. Exercises are functionally based, and chosen specifically to help the client maintain movement, stability, and strength and help meet their individual goals.
