Personal Training with Emily

60 Minutes | $35

One-hour sessions are designed to fit each client’s individual needs based on personal strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Sessions may consist of cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training, along with warm-up and cool-down stretching. Exercises are functionally based, and chosen specifically to help the client maintain movement, stability, and strength and help meet their individual goals.

  • Hi, my name is Emily Pawlowski, and I am the owner of Em-Powered Personal Training, LLC. I became a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) in 2019 after graduating from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health/Exercise Science.

    Since then I have been able to use my passion for helping others in a unique way through both diet and exercise to change the way they look and feel! I am here to help you on the journey to becoming your best self and meeting your fitness goals! Everyone has different goals, whether it be weight loss, toning/building muscle, or managing joint pain, and I am here to teach you through modified programs that help you meet your personal needs.
