We’re excited to officially welcome Optimal Wellness as an operating partner within the Renew Wellness Center. With their doors now open, they bring specialized chiropractic services designed to complement and enhance your overall care. This collaboration is rooted in shared values and a vision of whole-person wellness—and we’re thrilled to share it with you.
What You Can Expect
Optimal Wellness is currently welcoming new patients on a limited basis while continuing to prioritize care for their existing clients. Due to high demand and a full schedule, appointment availability may be limited as they get fully established in their new space. If you’re interested in becoming a patient, we encourage you to reach out directly or schedule online to check for openings.

Meet Dr. Steve Tuefle
Dr. Steve is a resident of Harbor Beach and a Palmer College graduate, skilled in flexion/distraction and full spine adjustments.
Dr. Steve Teufel, DC, was born and raised in Michigan and lived there until moving to Davenport, Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees. After graduation, Dr. Teufel practiced in Kentucky and Tennessee for over a decade before deciding to return home to Michigan. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing base guitar. Dr. Teufel is proud to be a member of the staff at Optimal Wellness Chiropractic and looks forward to serving you.
