Strength Circuit Training

Participants will experience 45 minutes of moderate to high-intensity exercises. This is perfect for the beginner or someone who is more advanced, as there are modifications to fit your needs.

This class works your aerobic fitness and strength while burning calories. Class begins with a warm-up, and then you proceed through timed stations throughout the wellness center with various workouts for legs, glutes, arms, and core using a variation of equipment, TRX Straps, and foundation exercises.
