Strength Circuit Class
This 45-minute group class focuses on full-body strength training through circuit-style workouts. Each session includes a guided warm-up and cool-down, with strength circuits that may incorporate machines, dumbbells, barbells, TRX, and bodyweight exercises. Classes are designed to build strength, improve endurance, and support overall fitness in a supportive group setting.
