Take a midweek pause to reset your body and mind with this gentle, 30-minute guided stretching class. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, this class focuses on improving flexibility, easing muscle tension, reducing stress, and increasing overall mobility. Whether you're looking to support an active lifestyle or simply move more comfortably through your day, this is the perfect way to give your body some much-needed attention.

Each week, we’ll target common problem areas—like tight hips, shoulders, and lower back—through simple, intentional stretches. You’ll receive guidance on proper form, learn helpful techniques, and have a chance to ask questions to deepen your understanding of how stretching benefits your body.
