Coming Soon: Holistic Wellness Sessions at Renew Wellness

We’re excited to welcome Amber Essenmacher back to Harbor Beach and to the Renew Wellness community.

Raised right here in Harbor Beach, Amber has a deep connection to the people and place that shaped her. Through Balanced Living, she brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to wellness, focused on supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance.

As a Natural Health Therapist currently continuing her studies through the Naturopathic Institute, Amber offers sessions designed to help identify areas of imbalance and support the body in moving toward greater ease, clarity, and well-being.

Her approach is gentle, personalized, and rooted in the belief that lasting wellness comes from understanding and supporting the body as a whole.

Amber offers a variety of services that may include:

• Reflexology

• Craniosacral therapy

• Light touch energy work

• Muscle testing and wellness analysis

Each session is tailored to the individual, creating space for both physical and nervous system support.

Amber will begin seeing clients at Renew Wellness in April and looks forward to reconnecting with familiar faces and welcoming new ones into her care.

Stretch Therapy Sessions

Starting in April, Renew Wellness will offer One-on-One Stretch Therapy with JP

Stretch Therapy is a guided, one-on-one session designed to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support overall movement.

These sessions are especially beneficial for those who:

• Feel limited in their range of motion

• Experience tightness or discomfort

• Are recovering from or managing past injuries

• Want to improve circulation and move more freely day to day

Each session is tailored to your body and needs, using assisted stretching techniques to gently support flexibility, alignment, and wellness.

• Cost: $30 per 30-minute session

Whether you are just getting started, maintaining your fitness, or looking to complement your current routine, Stretch Therapy can help you move and feel better in your everyday life.

Sessions with JP will begin in April.
