Bike Path Circuits
With Certified Personal Trainer, Emily Pawlowski
Participants will experience 45 minutes of moderate to high-intensity exercises. This is perfect for the beginner or someone who is more advanced as there are modifications to fit your needs.
Utilizing the bike path in Harbor Beach, experience different exercises throughout the route. There will be a running and walking exercise that can be modified to each individual’s capability. Exercises include body weight resistance, inclines, bench, and band exercises. All classes begin with a brief warm-up and end with a cool down/stretch.
Location: Behind Murphy Museum on Water St. in Harbor Beach. Address: 142 South Huron Avenue, Harbor Beach, MI 48441.
