Bootcamp

With Certified Personal Trainer, Emily Pawlowski

Participants will experience 45 minutes of moderate to high-intensity exercises. This is perfect for the beginner or someone who is more advanced as there are modifications to fit your needs.

This class is closely related to our circuit training courses. Exercises will mainly focus on bodyweight resistance; however, banded work, rope, hill, bench, and tire exercises are included too. All classes begin with a brief warm-up and end with a cool down/stretch.

Location: Behind Murphy Museum on Water St. in Harbor Beach. Address: 142 South Huron Avenue, Harbor Beach, MI 48441.

  • $10 drop-in rate
