60 Minutes | $50

One-hour sessions are designed to fit each client’s individual needs based on personal strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Sessions may consist of cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training, along with warm-up and cool-down stretching. Exercises are functionally based, and chosen specifically to help the client maintain movement, stability, and strength and help meet their individual goals.

Receive guidance on calorie intake to help meet weight or wellness goals, macronutrient food tracking, how to read nutrition labels on food, as well as tips for healthy grocery shopping. One-hour nutrition consultations with Stefeni are available in the Wellness Center and on Zoom.
